Donald T. Phillips
Lincoln On Leadership
Executive Strategies For Tough Times
Warner Books Reprint
1993
This book discusses how some of Abraham Lincoln's experiences apply to good business practices. Very good! Quick read.
The guy who wrote this book stated in his introduction that the idea for the book came to him when he was reading Carl Sandburg's Lincoln biography in his free time while attending a business seminar. I've now purchased that book, a one volume edition which is a condensed version of the original six volume series. (This book was something of a challenge but well worth it. It took me months to read.)
I have since loaned the Leadership
book to a couple of people who have also really enjoyed it.
